If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us before it’s shipped. Once it’s on its way, cancellations aren’t possible, but you can return it once it arrives.

Tracking — Customer Responsibility
- The customer is responsible for monitoring the tracking code via our website and the link provided by email.
- The customer is responsible for determining whether the package will be delivered to their home or sent to a pickup location, and for picking it up there if necessary.

Responsibility for Shipping
- If the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered, the responsibility lies with the customer.
