Open your wardrobe. Full of clothes. Nothing feels right anymore. Not because your taste changed because the brands you trusted quietly stopped making things for you. The sizing got confusing, the fabric got thin, and the cuts got shorter every season. We started Evie & Bay because we were done with that.

 

I spent years buying from the same two or three brands I trusted. Then slowly, one season at a time, something shifted. The quality dropped. The sizing stopped making sense. I'd order the same size I'd worn for a decade, and it wouldn't come close. I'd open the bag and feel that familiar sinking feeling thin fabric, wrong cut, nothing like the photo.

I wasn't getting fussier. The clothes were getting worse. I went looking for something better and couldn't find it. Everything was either made for a twenty-year-old or looked like it belonged in a retirement home. There was nothing in between nothing made for a real Australian woman in her forties or fifties who still loves getting dressed in the morning. So we built it ourselves. 

Every piece we carry is chosen the same way: real natural fibres linen, cotton, bamboo  that breathe and actually last. Every size has published centimetre measurements, the same every time. No guessing. No size rollercoaster. You order once, it fits. We show our clothes on real women aged 30–65. Sizes 8–24. Every model wears her actual size. And if something's not right, returns are free, easy, and handled by a real person.
